Having cut his teeth as an enterprise content strategist, Aaron Burgess eventually discovered that he much preferred building teams to making stuff. Today he leads the global content design practice at Expedia Group, and before that he built happy, high-performing teams of content designers-strategists-whatevers at Vrbo, PayPal, and Dell. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, their three sons, and his oversize collections of baseball cards and punk rock records.
